Urea
Iranian export urea is one of the important petrochemical products, highly demanded in global markets due to its high quality and competitive price. Urea is used as a nitrogen fertilizer in agriculture and also in the chemical industry for producing resins, plastics, and other chemical products.
Types of Urea
Urea is produced and supplied in two main forms:
1. Granular Urea: It has larger granules, suitable for use in fertilizer spreaders in agricultural fields.
2. Prilled Urea: It has smaller granules and is commonly used in the chemical and agricultural industries.
Urea Production Plants in Iran
Iran has several large urea production plants, some of the most important ones include:
1. Khorasan Petrochemical: Located in the northeast of Iran, it is one of the largest urea producers in the country.
2. Shiraz Petrochemical: One of the oldest and largest petrochemical complexes in Iran that produces urea.
3. Masjed Soleiman Petrochemical: Located in Iran, it is one of the largest petrochemical complexes in the south of Iran.
4. Kermanshah Petrochemical: Located in the west of Iran and is a major urea producer in the country.
Urea Packaging
Urea is usually packaged in the following forms:
1. 50 kg Bags: The most common type of packaging for transportation and storage.
2. Big Bags: With a capacity of 1000 kg, used for export purposes and high-volume transportation.
3. Bulk: For export in very large volumes and use in large industrial and agricultural units.
Conclusion
Iranian export urea, due to its high quality and variety in types and packaging, is considered one of the important export products of the country. Produced by major petrochemical plants, it holds a significant share in global markets.
